Our selection is always changing! If you have any origins or flavor profiles you're looking for, send us a note and we'll do our best to come up with something you'll love.

This question is tricky to answer because it comes down to what you want your coffees to taste like. Do you like to add milk or do you drink it black? Traditional coffee flavors or looking for something funky and fruity? If you're a milk drink fan, stick to dark roasts so that the coffee has enough flavor to punch through the mix-ins. If you like (or are trying to learn to like) black coffee, start with a smooth medium like Haiters Gonna Hait. Light roasts (which are the Bachynski Coffee favorites) are where your more unique flavor notes and acidity are going to stand out. Make sure to give the descriptions a read on these, we'll let you know if they're easy drinkers or the ones that are a bit more out there.

Unfortunately, we only sell whole bean coffees. We'd love to be able to sell ground, but those grinders are too expensive for this tiny little shop at the moment. On the bright side, grinding your coffee fresh before brewing helps give you the best flavors too!

This is another tricky one to answer. Your coffee to water ratio depends on what method you're using to brew and how strong you want your coffees to be. At the minimum, make sure to use filtered water and the proper coffee-to-water ratio.
